Join us and you’ll be responsible for the development of European Category and Sourcing Strategies for the scope and implementation of them via strategic sourcing projects and other non-sourcing initiatives.

What will you be doing:
- Support the deployment of the category strategy for Europe within the required geographical scope
- Define & execute sourcing as according to internal requirements
- Perform supplier relationship management through monitoring of key deliverables
- Ensure supply chain security by maintaining an operational follow-up with key stakeholders regarding future volume forecasts & operational needs.
- Provide analytics reporting on actual volumes/ prices and variances vs. budget
- Ensure & guarantee compliance with internal policies through the sourcing process and implementation of tenders
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years working in Procurement experience with; direct sourcing, e-auctions, tenders, supplier consolidation
- Proficient in English, other European languages are beneficial
- Agility and Project Management skills and ability to manage complex cross-country, cross-functional scope
- Good understanding of 8 Steps of Sourcing and Knowledge of Procurement processes, methods and techniques are required
- Strong Analytical and Negotiation skills
- Curious and innovative mindset with the ability to build strong internal and external partnerships
