Our client is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to fill the role of CEO in the Food and Beverage industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the commercial and operational aspects of the industry, as well as extensive knowledge of the manufacturing process and machinery used in food production.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing the company's strategic plans and ensuring alignment with the overall business goals and objectives.
- Driving revenue growth and profitability through effective management of the company's resources and assets.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.
- Leading and managing a team of executives and staff to ensure operational excellence, efficient processes, and high-quality output.
- Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities and expansion strategies to increase market share and drive growth.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
- Acting as the public face of the company, representing it at industry events, conferences, and other relevant forums.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in a leadership role in the Food and Beverage industry, with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability.
- Strong knowledge of the commercial and operational aspects of the industry, including manufacturing processes and machinery.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of executives and staff, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
