As an Employment Relations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Employsure Consultancy team. You will prepare, modify, and review Employment Relations documents such as contracts, policies, letters, and handbook while liaising directly with our diverse client base via telephone and email. This role will see you providing advice on contractual entitlements, award and national employment standards provisions and supporting policies. You will interpret client’s needs, assess legislative requirements and create supporting documentation.

You will ideally have some prior exposure to the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards and HR processes and documentation – but above all you will be someone who has a passion for helping others. This is a perfect entry point into the vast and ever evolving world of Employment Relations within the biggest ER team in Australia. You will be supported by our leaders and subject matter experts and go through a comprehensive and structured training program as a cohort to set you up for success, not just as a Coordinator but for your long-term career as a skilled and multi-faceted ER/HR professional.
