Our team comprises of software veteran from Seattle-based Amazon.com, a project leader from Boston Consulting Group, Ph.D. from MIT in Mechanical Engineering, and software engineers graduating from top Indonesian universities. Work collaboratively with internal team members from various divisions- Participate in team activities and training session to learn about SaaS, technology, and supply chain
- Support all administration process such as taking notes, making Minutes of Meeting (MoM), consolidate reports, prepare default agreement & quotations, help in 1st layer data set up & client registration, etc
- Deliver presentations demonstrating Advotics' products and solutions
- Deliver user training for customers and clients
- Support sales managers in processing & closing deals
Final year students or fresh graduates, preferably from information system, engineering, or business background- Concise oral and written communications in English and Bahasa
- Understand basic knowledge in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Understand basic technical terms & tech savvy
- Strong analytical skills & structured thinking
- High attention to detail & able to multi-task
- Self-driven, love challenges, and enjoy working in high pace environment
