We are hiring a skilled and talented
Senior 3D Visualizer to be part of our EMEA Design & Consulting team.
As a 3D Visualizer, you will play a vital role in bringing our most significant customer projects and strategic initiatives to life through captivating and immersive visual representations. Your passion for 3D visualization and expertise in creating stunning, realistic renderings will help us deliver exceptional visual solutions to our clients.
You will be part of a collaborative EMEA team working with Workplace Designers, Design Consultants, Graphic Designers, Sales department and other creative teams in the mission to empathize with client needs to deliver great, tailored photorealistic images.
What You Will Be Doing:
The Design & Consulting team’s mission is to help win profitable business in EMEA illustrating how our solutions fit the customers’ space by:
- Collaborate with Workplace Design, sales team and other creative functions to interpret design concepts and transform them into captivating 3D visualizations that accurately portray the intended vision for our clients.
- Utilize your artistic flair and technical skills to create high-quality, photorealistic renderings and animations that showcase best our product portfolio.
- You will create from simple product renderings to very complex interior scenes or animations, highlighting our products through various technics and design elements, materials, lighting, and spatial arrangements.
- Leverage cutting-edge 3D software and tools to create dynamic visualizations, virtual walkthroughs, and interactive presentations that allow clients to fully immerse themselves in the proposed designs.
- Provide valuable input and innovative ideas during the design development process to enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of the spaces.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new software advancements, and emerging technologies in 3D visualization to continually improve and innovate our visualization capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, architects, and project managers, to ensure seamless communication and successful project delivery.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to effectively communicate and articulate design concepts, taking feedback constructively and refining visualizations accordingly.
- Scale our internal tools and resources and help us to constantly improve our capabilities as a team
- Build relationships with the internal and external design community. Help foster a strong and supportive team culture and peer learning.
Your Future Team:
The Workplace Design team has 14 members who are involved in international projects. They are helping the client envision his new work experience / to enable his existing vision. They are experts in formulating relevant solutions that span the holistic workplace experience – looking at space, tools, culture, processes.
Who You Are:
Required Skills and Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer, with an outstanding portfolio showcasing your expertise in creating realistic and visually striking renderings.
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, spatial relationships, and architectural detailing.
- Excellent eye for composition, lighting, and materiality to produce visually impactful results.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, contributing to the overall success of the projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills and Competencies
- Fluent in English is mandatory, German or French and other languages (EMEA) would be a huge plus.
- You enjoy and seek out multicultural working environments.
- Master’s degree in a related field.
