Job Responsibilities
1) Developing the detail design drawings, documentation, bill of materials from customer specifications and working with project manager to get the package approved from EPCs / End-User.
2) Detailed engineering and design of Liquid & Gas Analyzer Systems including Analyzer Houses, Sample systems, Cabinets, Racks, etc.
3) Preparation of Specifications for the components of Analyzers Systems right from HVAC, Electrical boards, junction boxes, lights, valves, sample system items, pipes. Evaluation of supplier quotes for cost effectiveness and technical feasibility details to match with Project Requirements.
4) Develop cost effective / competitive sub vendors and manitain an up to date data base with prices for all items. Support customers on technical aspects.
5) Using the Design Engineering, Drafting, Project Management and Operations skills to ensure that the job function is carried out to the satisfaction of EPC's / End-Users.
6) Assisting during Internal Testing and FAT for successful outcome. Providing the required technical support to service team for the SAT and Commissioning
7) Adhering to QMS/QHSE requirements and Company Compliance Policy.
8) Conduct the Business Ethically in Compliance with the Laws and Regulations.
Job Qualification & Experience
1) Preferably Graduate in Process Control Systems l Instrumentations
2) Minimum 9 - 12 Years of Experience
